Who you would be working with
I am a software engineer, and for the last four years I have been building the apps and websites that other businesses run on — a food delivery platform used across Norway, a money transfer app, an English learning platform, a reminder app people trust with deadlines they cannot afford to miss.
What I have learned from all of it is that the software is rarely the hard part. The hard part is understanding how a business actually works day to day, and then getting out of its way. So when we talk, I will ask about your customers and your week, not about technology.
